Handing

Certain levers are 'Handed' and require a 'Right' or 'Left' designation. When facing your door from the exterior side, whichever side that the hinges are on determines the handing.

Product Details for Ives 7212-INT

    Intermediate Pivot Set
  • Handed 3/4" offset pivot compatible with the following pivot sets: 7212, 7212V & 7222.
  • Door height NFPA80, Section 3-8.3, requires additional intermediate pivot for some fire-rated doors. We recommend one for every 2'6" of fraction there of door height over 5'0".
  • Door thickness minimum 1 3/4".
  • Maximum load of 100 pounds.
  • vertical adjustment range of 3/16" which includes a positive locking feature.
