- Offered in a wide variety of styles and options, Progress Lighting exhaust fans can meet any residential vent fan application. 50cfm (cubic feet per minute) and 70cfm fans provide general exhaust ventilation for most room sizes. Combination models are available for an exhaust fan and a light in one unit. Decorative fan options are available in Brushed Nickel, Chrome, Venetian Bronze and White to match existing bathroom fixtures (faucets, towel holders, etc.) or other Progress Lighting fixtures.
- 70 cfm exhaust fan, light and heater combination fixture. Polycarbonate light lens. Recommended bath size 65 sq. ft. Sound level rating 4.0 sones. 1100w heater. 4" duct adapter.
- Grill size: 17" L., 12" W.
- Lamp: One medium base lamp, 100w max.
